Veil of Lost Hopes for all practical purposes is best in slot. Veil of the Inferno has slightly better stats and an HP clicky but is low priority as a Magician.

Cloak of the Falling Skies is best in slot under normal conditions if you won’t be farming PoP for years (i.e. Agnarr). Shroud of Eternity has more stats but there will be a lot more competition since it’s all/all. Both are good options.

Saryrn // Bertoxxulous // Quarm

Symbol of Ancient Summoning is best for the pet focus. Eye of Dreams is good for the +400 Mana clicky. Spool of Woven Time is good for some extra stats and mana regen. Overall Symbol of Ancient Summoning is most convenient unless you swap it each time you summon a new pet.
