Venril Sathir spawns in the back of Karnor’s Castle. He also has a “triggered” version for Ranger and Druid epics, which is easier than the normal spawn.

– Hits 700-800 (on 35 Heroic Stamina tank). Can bash for 900-1000. (with MoTM)
– Estimated 50-70k HP with Mitigation of the Mighty. He appears to have more HP than he does due to his Lifetap Procs
– Procs Deadly Lifetap (Single Target, 1000 Lifetap, -200 Magic Based). Procs often! Main tank should stack Magic Resist.
