Step 1

kill “a rallosian” type mobs around the zone until Toskirakk Shackle Key drops. Loot it for an update. Somewhat of a rare drop. I have seen two drop, both were from a Rallosian sentinel.

Step 2

Give Toskirakk Shackle Key to an injured slave.

Step 3

Hail Dwerina Feystalker in Toskirakk (also at the zone in) to complete the task.
