Step 1

Seek out Meldrek and ask him about an alternate entrance to Xill

• Hail Meldrek nearby for an update.
  

Step 2

Explore the front gates of Xill

• Say “ready” to Meldrek to zone in.
  
• Once inside the instance, run to the location on the MAP for an update.

Step 3 and 4

Lay waste to twenty-five drachnids
Tear out four drachnid hearts for proof of their deaths

• Kill 25 drachnids. They are all nearby
  
• Loot 4x Drachnid Hearts from drachnids. Common drop.
• Once both tasks are complete you’ll be able to open a dark mystical chest as a mission reward.

Items from the chest are in the 150 HP/Mana range, no Heroic or special stats, and not great for a level 70 character that raids. There is an augment: Drachnid Empath Stone, but also not very good.

Step 5

Return to Kelliad with the drachnid hearts

• Say “ready to go” to Meldrek to zone out.
• Give 4x Drachnid Hearts to Kelliad to complete the mission.

Depending on your class, everyone in the group will receive one of the two following items on their cursor:

Caster/Healer receive: Pain-Suffused Mask
Melee/Hybrid receive: Warped Mask

Note that these items can be used at level 1, and are great for twinks on free trade servers!
