Farming (Step 1-7) – Can be done in any order:

[ ] Loot  Scroll of the Beguiler from Spectral Beguiler in City of Mist

[ ] Loot  Scroll of Night from Nightwing in Skyfire Mountains

[ ] Loot   Scroll of the Conjuror from A Stone Caller (1.0) or The Stone Caller (2.0) in The Hole.

[ ] Loot  Scroll of the Invoker from various “caster” mobs in Chardok

[ ] Loot  Thin Crystal Orb from Tribal Elder in Mines of Nurga

[ ] Loot   Essence of Night from The Night Warder in Trakanon’s Teeth

[ ] Loot   Black Orb of the Arcane from froglok krup enchanter in Old Sebilis

 

Turn-Ins (Step 8-10) – Must be done in order:

[ ] Give Vitratul K`Reil (The Overthere)  Scroll of the Beguiler, Scroll of Night, Scroll of the Conjuror, Scroll of the Invoker to receive Words of Night. Indifferent+ Faction

[ ] Give Nureya (The Overthere) Words of Night, Thin Crystal Orb,  Essence of Night to receive Orb of Night. Indifferent+ Faction

[ ] Give Vitratul K`Reil (The Overthere)  Orb of Night and   Black Orb of the Arcane to receive  Arcane Orb of the Dark! Indifferent+ Faction

Step 1

Loot  Scroll of the Beguiler from Spectral Beguiler in City of Mist. Always drops.

For me Spectral Beguiler spawned in the bridge/moat area just outside the 1st “locked door that requires A Stone Key to enter. It may have other spawn locations as well, but unconfirmed. I recommending clear this area and any other part of the zone you can.

 

Step 2

Loot  Scroll of Night from Nightwing in Skyfire Mountains. It roams around the zone. Level 52. Always drops. Tracker recommended.

It seems to respawn every 15 minutes or so with no PH (not 100% confirmed).

 

 

Step 3

Loot   Scroll of the Conjuror from A Stone Caller (1.0) or The Stone Caller (2.0) in The Hole. Always drops.

There are two versions of The Hole:

Kunark – Legacy of Ykesha (1.0):  PH information not confirmed — PH is likely any an elemental wizard. A Stone Caller is the named in 1.0.

Lost Dungeons of Norrath+ (2.0): PH seems to be any elemental on the east side of the zone. Level 50. I have seen him spawn at a few different locations in the hallway. Always drops. The Stone Caller is the named in 2.0.

 

 

Step 4

Scroll of the Invoker from various “caster” mobs in Chardok. A tracker helps.

Step 5

Loot  Thin Crystal Orb from Tribal Elder in Mines of Nurga. Level 52. Always drops.

There are two versions of The Mines of Nurga:

Kunark – Legacy of Ykesha (1.0):  PH information not confirmed — PH is likely any of the mobs on the West side. Reported to be level 30-35 range.

Lost Dungeons of Norrath+ (2.0): PH may be any mob in the West side (unconfirmed). The mob is flagged as a “rare”, so it may be more specific than just the west side, but I recommend clearing as much as you can. See map where it spawned for me. 

 

Step 6

Loot   Essence of Night from The Night Warder in Trakanon’s Teeth. Spawns in the southeast ruins area. Kill roaming mobs in this area to spawn it. It seems to be a fairly common spawn. Always drops.

Step 7

Loot   Black Orb of the Arcane from froglok krup enchanter in Old Sebilis. 

froglok krup enchanter can spawn in many places on the live side; including the Jail, the Southwest and Southeast sides of the zone, and in front of the door to the crypt. Look for other krup-type frogloks to get an idea of the general spawn areas. Bring a tracker.

froglok krup enchanter is somewhat rare of a spawn and the drop is uncommon/rare as well. Don’t be surprised if you have to waste a bunch of time here. It took me 3 hours clearing the zone to get the drop.

 

 

Step 8

1) Locate Vitratul K`Reil in The Overthere. He is in the evil town.

 

2) Give Vitratul K`Reil the following to receive  Words of Night

Scroll of the Beguiler
Scroll of Night
  Scroll of the Conjuror
Scroll of the Invoker

You’ll need to be Indifferent to him to do the turn-in. You can use invisibility potion while the trade window is open, or Sneak (if on a free-trade server).

 

Step 9

1) Locate Nureya in The Overthere.

 

2) Give Nureya the following to receive  Orb of Night:

Words of Night
Thin Crystal Orb
  Essence of Night

You’ll need to be indifferent faction to do this turn-in.

 

 

Step 10

1) Go back to Vitratul K`Reil in The Overthere.

2) Give Vitratul K`Reil  Orb of Night and   Black Orb of the Arcane to receive  Arcane Orb of the Dark!
