– Cannot be slowed
– Leashed to room
– Procs Trample (Single Target, 2 second stun, -150 Magic Based)

These guys can have varying melee abilities. It may not be the same every spawn. Combinations I have ran into with 35 Heroic Stamina:

– Hits 4,000+ / AE Rampage
– Hits 2,000+ / Flurry / Backstabs 6,000
– Hits 4200+ / No special melee abilities

There may be other combinations but this is what I have seen.
