Description: Fleeting Quiver is the best quiver for many expansions (until Underfoot). It is highly sought after by Rangers, especially once they get the Endless Quiver AA. It has a 60% Weight Reduction, which means it provides 20% Ranged Haste (60/3). This is a v3 Ranged only Overhaste.

The combine to for this item seems to become available during Scars of Velious (not 100% confirmed).
