1.0 Version of Cazic-Thule only spawns during Classic and Ruins of Kunark on TLP’s. When Scars of Velious is released, Plane of Fear gets revamped to its 2.0 version.

– Casts Avatar Power (PBAE, Knockback + 100 DD + dispel, Unresistable, 35 second cooldown)
– Casts Harm Touch on pull (Single Target, 850 DD)
– Calls all alive mobs in zone to him upon engage
– Belly Caster (Not 100% confirmed)
