Step 1

Say “plague” to Tabron Caulria in Oceangreen Hills to obtain this task. He is inside the town in the northeast.

Step 2

1) Kill “infected” type mobs throughout Oceangreen Hills and loot 5x Infected Animal Organ. You can find a large group of them near the Blackburrow entrance. A tracker helps. Common Drop.

 

2) You can find these on “diseased corpse” type mobs laying on the ground in Oceangreen Hills. Very common near the Blackburrow entrance. /open one and loot  Undamaged Animal Organ.

Step 3

Go back to Tabron Caulria in Oceangreen Hills. Give him 5x Infected Animal Organ for an update, this will tigger the next update:

Give him Undamaged Animal Organ to complete the task.
