This Solo Task is given by Phara Dar in Field of Scale. You’ll first need to accept The Grand Illusion by saying “see this through”. Then you can accept this Task by saying “Skull”.

Step 1

Go to Field of Bone and locate Commander Koth (in Ruins of Kunark). Kill him and loot Petrified Skull of Commander Koth. Level 80. 172K HP. He respawns in less than 18 minutes, exact time not confirmed.

Step 2

Go back to Field of Scale and give Petrified Skull of Commander Koth to Phara Dar to complete the Task.
