Step 1

Collect 4 Idols for this quest. They drop in the arena in Kael. The mobs that drop the idol are in 2 rooms, and all mobs can Complete Heal so you may want to split them or keep them apart when killing if you are under geared.

Idol of Erosion
Drop NPC: a priest of Tallon Zek or a priest of Vallon Zek
Drop Rate: Uncommon (Estimated 20-25%)
PH: priests and clerics are both on same spawn. There are two potential spawns.
Respawn Timer:  ~25 minute estimate

Idol of Decay
Drop NPC: a cleric of Tallon Zek or a cleric of Vallon Zek
Drop Rate: Uncommon (Estimated 20-25%)

Idol of Corruption
Drop NPC: Gkrean Phophet of Tallon – 23K HP/Slowable/Hits 350+
PH: High Priest of Tallon Zek
Drop Rate: Possibly always or almost always
Respawn Timer: Estimated 4 hours. Not 100% confirmed.

Idol of Disease
Drop NPC: Semkak Prophet of Vallon – 23K HP/Slowable/Hits 350+
PH: High Priest of Vallon Zek
Drop Rate: Possibly always or almost always
Respawn Timer: Estimated 4 hours. Not 100% confirmed.

Step 2

Once you have all 4 Idols give them to Guardian of Takish in Plane of Growth to receive Symbol of Tunarian Worship! I did the turn-in with Amiable faction, but you may be able to do it lower (untested).
