Step 1

Seek out Meldrek to gain information about the Drachnid city

• Hail Meldrek nearby for an update.
  
• Say “ready” to zone in.

Step 2, 3, and 4

Confront Prince Drillien
Bring Prince Drillien’s reign to an end
Return to Kelliad with Prince Drillien’s head

• Go underwater to the east. In this room you’ll find Prince Drillien and receive an update. There will be guards inside that need to be cleared out, and can hit somewhat hard.

• Kill Prince Drillien and loot Head of Prince Drillien. (You’ll also get a mediocre 150HP/Mana item.)
  Hits 1900+ (35 H Stam), Slowable, 400K HP. He has a mechanic/emote that causes him to swap targets. You may want to have Bestow Divine Aura ready for whoever he changes targets to. Burn him down is likely the best strat. There may be some additional mechanics (more info needed).

• Backtrack 1 room west. Click on one of the portal stones to activate the portal and zone out. MAP

• Give Kelliad Head of Prince Drillien to complete the mission.

Depending on your class, everyone in the group will receive one of the two following items on their cursor:

Caster/Healer receive: Adorned Acolyte Mask
Melee/Hybrid receive: Hard Layered Mask

Note that these items can be used at level 1, and are great for twinks on free trade servers!
