Step 1
First you’ll want to make sure you have the appropriate level Tradeskills to begin. I suggest the following:
Baking (Vah Shir) – Skill 192
Tailoring (Barbarian) – Skill 82
Blacksmithing (Dwarf) – Skill 104 (120 Jewelcrafting also recommended for subcombines)
Poisonmaking (Human) – Skill 277
Brewing (Halfling) – Skill 121 (Baking also required)
Step 2
Next you’re going to need to know how to skip one of the Tradeskill quests (if you choose to do so).
First, head to Highpass Hold and locate a shady Highpass citizen (-115, +615) who is a merchant. He sells 
Pouch of Gems for approx 15.8k plat. Buy one. He only sells one at a time so if someone bought it recently you may need to come back in a few hours until he restocks.
Once you have Pouch of Gems you can give it to one of the give quest NPC’s to bypass their tradeskill quest. You must also have the appropriate race illusion item both equipped and clicked or actually be that race. You can only do this once.
**You can use “FIND” feature to find the quest NPC’s, as they’re Rogue Guildmasters. The exception is Arly Golyeck who is at “Tent 2” in Paludal Caverns**
Which one should you bypass? That depends on what resources you have. I bypassed Tailoring because I didn’t want to farm a bunch of High Quality pelts. Baking has a lot of sub combines so that can be a good choice as well. Bypass Blacksmithing if you don’t have resources to farm Gates of Discord ore.
I do not recommend bypassing Poison Making or Brewing. Brewing is easy and Poison Making is easy as well and it’s also an important tradeskill for a Rogue to have.
With your illusion clicked and the item equipped, hand in the Pouch of Gems to the NPC of your choice:
