Objective 1:

– Head to Lavaspinner’s Lair by following the Green Line on the compass while in The Broodlands.

Objective 2:

– Kill spiders until you Poison Sac drops. Loot it. This drop is random. Drop rate can vary. You might get it quickly or it may take a lot of kills. Spiders are in the southeast area of the zone. The other sides are blocked off by walls.

Objective 3: 

– Locate Forbin Mixmaster in the most southeastern room. Give him Poison Sac to complete the mission.

NOTE: Don’t forget to turn in your Dark Reign Token or Norrath’s Keepers Token to Xeib Darkskies (Dark Reign) or Tatsujiro the Serene (Norrath’s Keepers) in Lavastorm Mountains.
