Objective 1:
– Head to Thundercrest Isles by following the Green Line on the compass while in The Broodlands.

Objective 2-4:

Locate and kill 3 NPC’s and loot their respective statue. They have 60K HP each. It’s possible their spawn point may vary. A tracker is helpful.

Breath of Yar`Lir – Storm Statue
Wings of Yar`Lir – Wing Statue
Claws of Yar`Lir – Claw Statue

 

Objective 5: 

Go to the northeastern most room and you’ll find 4x Storm Dampeners. Kill them. 5K HP each.

 

 

Objective 6-8: 

Go back to Daleynn Spiritshadow (Dark Reign) or  Bianca Galbraith (Norrath’s Keepers) in Lavastorm Mountains. Give them the 3x Statues to complete the mission. There’s a zone out for the instance in the south area.

 

 

NOTE: Don’t forget to turn in your Dark Reign Token or Norrath’s Keepers Token to Xeib Darkskies (Dark Reign) or Tatsujiro the Serene (Norrath’s Keepers) in Lavastorm Mountains.
