 Quest #4: Pottery

The Quest starts in at the top of the elevator in Plane of Knowledge. The NPC is named Aid Grimel. To start Quest #4 you’ll need to have first completed Quest #3 and have an unmodded skill of 220 in Pottery. You’ll also need the appropriate Planar flags (Must be ready to kill Rallos Zek (not confirmed).

First obtain the following items:

1x Quality Firing Sheet – Bought (Elisha Dirtyshoes, Northern Trader Building, PoK | Loc: +400, +950)
  3x Jar of Lacquer – Bought (Boiron Ston, Eastern Trader Building, PoK | Loc: +30, +325)
3x Opal – Bought  (Audri Deepfacet, Northern Trader Building, PoK | Loc: +400, +760)
3x Large Block of Clay – Bought (Elisha Dirtyshoes, Northern Trader Building, PoK | Loc: +400, +950)
1x Planar’s Jewelry Kit  – Bought (Noirin Khalen, PoKnowledge. Use FIND)

1x Mixing Bowl – Bought (Klen Ironstove – PoKnowledge, Use find)
1x Glaze Mortar – Bought (Elisha Dirtyshoes, Northern Trader Building, PoK | Loc: +400, +950)
3x Sacred Water – Drop (Plane of Valor, Valorian guard/knight type mobs)

1) Go to Aid Grimel at the top of the library elevator in Plane of Knowledge and say “ready to use some clay”. You’ll receive  Urn Pattern.

 

**If he doesn’t speak to you you’re either not far along enough in PoP progression or your Pottery skill isn’t high enough. Must be 220 unmodded.**

2) Create  1x Unfired Ceramic Lining – Pottery, Trivial 36, Pottery Wheel
1x Water Flask
1x Ceramic Lining Sketch
1x Small Block of Clay

3) Create  1x Ceramic Lining – Pottery, Trivial 17, Kiln
1x Unfired Ceramic Lining
1x Quality Firing Sheet

4) Create  3x Lacquered Opal – Jewelcrafting, Trivial 120, Jewelcrafting Kit

1x Jar of Lacquer
1x Opal

5) Have an Enchanter create 3x Large Block of Magic Clay with your Large Blocks of Clay.

 

6) Have an Enchanter create Vial of Purified Mana

4x Ruby
1x Poison Vial

7) Create   Unfired Sacred Urn – Pottery, Trivial 250, Pottery Wheel

1x Ceramic Lining
3x Lacquered Opal
3x Large Block of Magic Clay
1x Sculpting Tools
1x Urn Pattern
1x Vial of Purified Mana

8) Create 3x White Lead – Baking, No Fail, Mixing Bowl

1x Lead Sulphide
1x Limestone

9) Create   3x Divine Crystalline Glaze – Non-Tradeskill, No-Fail, Glaze Mortar

1x Iron Oxide
1x Permafrost Crystals
1x Water Flask
1x White Lead

10) Create   Sacred Urn – Pottery, Trivial 250, Kiln

3x Divine Crystalline Glaze
1x Unfired Sacred Urn

11) Create   Filled Sacred Urn – Non-Tradeskill, No-Fail, Use   Sacred Urn from Step 10 as container.

3x Sacred Water
1x Wooden Signet (From Quest #3)

12) Give   Filled Sacred Urn to Aid Grimel at the top of the elevator in PoKnowledge to receive
Metal Signet. You can now move onto Quest #5: Tailoring.
